If HGTV has taught me anything, it's that you can do a lot with a small amount of space — but it's safe to say actor Anthony Triolo has truly taken that concept to the next level.
As any New Yorker knows, Manhattan is the capital of closet-sized apartments, and it takes a lot of wizardry to convert some of the tinier offerings into anything livable. But this was a challenge Triolo took on gladly, and after signing a lease on a 150-square-foot studio on the Upper West Side, he quickly turned it into a beautiful home.
"This was the first place I found on Craigslist that wasn't a scam," the actor, who was in the film How To Be Single and is now filming a new series for CBS called Bull, told . "The rent was low, plus it was clean, and the bathroom had been nicely renovated."
While at first, the actor thought the apartment would be temporary until he found something bigger, he instead ended up putting his architecture degree to work, and transformed the space into something as elegant as it is practical. Now, he's lived there for six years, with no intention of moving anytime soon — and who could blame him?!
