Jimmy Fallon is having a big year: Not only did he take over as the host of The Tonight Show, but he just bought another unit in his Gramery Park apartment building, bringing his total up to five. The latest unit is a top-floor studio in the 35-unit, nine-story building, which he and his wife, Nancy Juvonen, purchased for $725,000.
Fallon first purchased in the building in 2002, when he bought a seventh-floor unit, the . Two years later he bought another apartment on seventh-floor for $1.5 million and combined the two. He and his wife then purchased an eighth-floor apartment for $1.35 million in 2010. Then, in April, they bought the four-bedroom apartment next door to the studio for $1.35 million. The couple told the building's co-op board that they plan to use the studio as an office, but it's unclear whether they will combine it with the apartment next door or any of their other units in the building. Their daughter, Winnie, was born last year, so perhaps it would also make a great playroom? Of course, building residents also have coveted keys to the private Gramercy Park, so there will be plenty of places to play.
