According to The Sun, this new job posting might be due to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's split from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's charity, the Royal Foundation. Harry and Meghan have apparently started their own separate charity, called the Foundation of the Duke and Duchess Sussex.

At Kensington Palace, the Diary Coordinator role in particular will "be responsible for managing the seamless delivery of multiple complex diaries to ensure the smooth and effective coordination of engagements and events."

The job posting also continues with the position's duties, saying that they "will involve compiling and managing coordinated diary updates and weekly overviews; providing regular briefings; communicating diary changes to all key stakeholders, both internally and externally; and carrying out follow-up actions as necessary, as well as ensuring that all events and engagements are accurately recorded."

Some skills needed to work for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge include an impeccable attention to detail, advanced IT skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times—this job definitely isn't for the gossiper in your group.

No salary has been revealed for the Kensington Palace Diary Coordinator, but it looks like whoever snags the opening will be working 37.5 hours a week. If you're interested in working for Kate Middleton and Prince William, make sure your resume is up to date—to be considered, you must apply to this position before July 22. Good luck!
