We're still waiting for the day that Chip and Joanna Gaines come in and completely gut and renovate our kitchens, but cooking in a farmhouse-style, Magnolia-designed kitchen might not be entirely out of the realm of possibility: Several as vacation homes, as you may have heard in recent news.

In response, Chip and Joanna recently that they plan to screen applicants more thoroughly to ensure future seasons feature families looking for long-term homes, rather than people who might put their now-famous abodes on home rental sites. Given this controversy, these might be the the last Fixer Upper homes to ever hit the rental market. So pack your bags and book your trip to Waco while you still have the opportunity!

Chip and Joanna worked their magic on one of the only two left in Waco, and it was definitely one of their most unique fixer-uppers yet. Get your bake on for $325/night in this piece of Texas history with the Magnolia Silos right down the street.

Joanna Gaines has the farmhouse kitchen game on lock, and this gorgeous eat-in kitchen (available for $195/night) with its earthy green cabinets, a tiled backsplash and shiplap might be some of her best work to date.

The Mailander House

You might remember this historic house, built in 1910, from the Season 1 finale, where Chip and Joanna turned the kitchen into something from your romantic country dreams. It can be yours, along with the screened-in side porches and veggie and herb garden, for $250/night. Swoon.

It might be a little bit out of her design comfort zone, but Joanna herself said this mid-century modern house, renting for $295/night, was her of all time.
