John Hughes directed some of the biggest hit movies of the '80s and '90s — The Breakfast Club, Ferris Beuller's Day Off and Home Alone just to name a few — many of which took place in his beloved city of Chicago. The late director, who died in 2009, kept his primary residence in the North Shore suburb of Lake Forest in Chicago, according to .
Now, the event will give fans the chance to tour Hughes' entire estate. Tours will be held from April 25 to May 17, and will give visitors access to the estate's seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, library, media room and office.
