The Hearst Design Group and joined forces with San Francisco-based interior designer Catherine Kwong for an exclusive cooking demonstration at the Miele Experience Center in Beverly Hills. Catherine Kwong and local chef Stephanie Bone prepared two Mexican-themed dishes, Wild Mexican Shrimp Ceviche and Braised Beef Short Rib Tacos in the Miele kitchen.
